Job Description

Studio Manager/PABased in London Permanent £30000 - £34000 We have an excellent opportunity for a Studio manager/ PA to join a leading architectural and design practice based in London, with a large portfolio of award-winning work in Britain and overseas. The Studio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the office, including: PA duties, accounts, and general team support.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • PA to Business Partner Diary co-ordination, International Travel and Minute taking
  • Producing graphic/design material for project teams as required
  • Assist with the production of Tenders and EOIs as required
  • Overall office support
  • Ensure project contacts are maintained using CRM database
  • Assist with new projects to ensure smooth running
  • Develop and implement existing processes
  • Welcoming guests and responsible for the management of studio areas
  • Review practice policies: annual sign-off, publish to intranet
  • Responsible for studio introductions and H&S induction
  • Administrative support in the co-ordination of all recruitment
    • Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5 + years relevant experience - required
  • Possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A background working within design or architecture
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
