Are you a graduate fresh out of university and wanting to secure a rewarding supportive role now Wanting classroom experience Wanting a support role in an Ofsted-rated good girls secondary school and sixth form with academy statusTradewind are working alongside the school where we are aiding the recruitment of a Student Support Worker or SSW.About the School: The school in question is an Ofsted-rated Good secondary academy and sixth form school for girls located in Earlsfield, Wandsworth.About the Role: The position would suit a graduate looking to gain experience of working in schools. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a commitment to working with young people, from all backgrounds and abilities. This is a support role.Where the SSW needs to be able to work effectively with different teachers in a range of classes. The role will mainly involve work at KS4 GSCE-Level but some KS3 work in English and Maths is possible. Subject expertise will be considered to create the candidatestimetable. SSWs are line managed by the SSW Coordinator and the Assistant Principal. A full job description is available on request.Rate of pay: £80 to £90 per dayThe role is to commence asap.
