Working with the Marketing and MIS teams, the ideal candidate will be passionate about offeringoutstanding customer service and experienced in admissions, enrolment and IAG (information, advice and guidance).Managing the Student Recruitment and Admissions team, you will oversee the handling and resolving of queries from potential students across a multitude of platforms, ensuring they are equipped to make an informed decision about studying at college. You willalso lead on in-year enrolment, compliance and have a solid understanding of further education funding regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising and delivering a wide range of administrative tasks and leading a team of staff, managinga high workload, meeting multiple deadlines, and working effectively under pressure.You will be supported by the Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment, ensuring a joined-up approach in reaching potential students to ensure they have a sublime customer experience.
