Our client, a reputable international bank, is looking for a Structured Finance Officer.The person will be responsible for daily operation in non-interest business of the bank in the structured ship finance, project finance and other corporate loans, and will support loan manager and treasury manager in developing and processing new transaction.[Responsibilities](1) Conducting agent roles requested in finance documents in accurate and timely manner. This includes but not limited to:- Reviewing finance documents as facility agent- Reviewing security documents as security agent or trustee- Preparing document summarizing the bank’s role as agent in each transaction- Checking conditions precedent or subsequent to Loan Agreement- Notifying to borrower interest, principal, and/or any other fees due- Relay of funds between borrower and lenders in cooperation with the back office- Managing project accounts (earnings, reserve, etc.) and checking fund movement- Checking covenants, undertaking of borrower or guarantor- Other tasks specified in relevant finance documents(2) Collecting documents or information below and conducting preliminary review in accordance with agency agreement between the bank and the parent bank:- Financial covenants- Security valuation- Financial statement and KYC (Know Your Customer)(3) Supporting loan manager for syndicated loan arrangement- Preparing information memorandum or similar document to invite potential lenders- Preparing answers to the questions raised by potential lenders- Any other works related to syndicated loan arrangement(4) Researching credit information of counterparties and relevant market trend- Preparing report on credit information of counterparties for proposal of loans and bonds.- Preparing report on various industries in which the bank has exposures[Requirements](1) Must have minimum 3 years’ experience inany relevant roles(2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills(3) Excellent MS Office skills(4) Flexible & adaptable(5) Any Korean language skill is an advantage but not essential[Conditions](1) Job type: full-time & permanent(2) Job location: City of London(3) Working hours: 9am~5pm (including 1 hour lunch break)(4) Salary package: Up to 42K (depending on experience)(5) Annual leave: 28 days (including 8 Bank/Public Holidays)(6) Benefits: pension, medical insurance[Before you apply](1) Please send your CV in a Word format(2) The right candidate must be eligible to work full-time in UK immediately and permanently without any visa restriction.
