Job Title Structured Credit Services Specialist Corporate Title Associate Location Santa Ana, CA OverviewStructured Credit Services (SCS) provides trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, custodial, loan administration and paying/transfer agent services on over 400 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) both domestically and throughout Europe/Asia. As theStructured Credit Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for the clients. In addition, you will manage the overall relationship with those clients, particularly as it pertains to the monthly compliance reporting and quarterly note valuationreporting. This role may also include the management of cash transactions for high profile clients with sophisticated cash relationships. What We Offer You

What Youll Do

• Primary point of contact for approximately 10 Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) SPVs. Supervise the work of each CLOs Portfolio Accounting Analyst
• Produce monthly/quarterly investor reporting packages. Must have intimate knowledge of all issued reports
• Communicate with underwriters, investment managers, rating agencies and bondholders
• Leadership role within the team
• Close interaction with Deutsche Bank Operations
• Maintain each SPVs annual compliance requirements (Accountants Reports, Issuers Certifications, etc.)

Skills Youll Need

• BA/BS, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics
• Understanding of general accounting and financial reporting principles
• General understanding of structured credit products
• Competent in all MS Office products. Advanced MS Excel abilities - Comfortable with complex formulas and modelling techniques

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Experience with CLOs and/or Solvas-CDOSuite a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluent in English

ExpectationsIt is the Banks expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Banks hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in California is $70K to $110K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidates skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
