Strategy Director/ Head of Strategy - Independent Media Agency - LondonDo you want to join the fastest growing start-up media agency in the UK Then this is the role for you! The role:As the Strategy Director, your responsibilities will include:
  • Looking after the day-to-day strategic direction of key clients within the agency and further driving the strategic, creative culture within the agency.
  • Leading new business pitches - and winning them!
  • Ensuring all client work is effective, innovative and award-winning.
  • Leading brand strategy projects - this is an area theyre seeing increasing demand for and they need someone who is able to and experienced in leading these from start to finish.
  • Working closely with the board to grow the strategy department, and its impact and revenue generation within the business.
You:
  • Have 7 years + experience in agencies - ideally within two of media, branding, creative.
  • Are experienced in pitching for and winning new business.
  • Have a solid understanding of how media impacts brands, and can get involved in media plans as and when required, but are also a big picture brand thinker - you understand branding and marketing.
  • You are a commercial thinker with big ambitions for growing clients and a strategy team.
  • You have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about effective storytelling.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, changeable environment, and have the organisation skills to cope with it.
