Job Description

Our client is a M&A advisory company looking to hire aFinance, Strategy & Corporate Development Executive in the Gambling , Gaming and Betting industry.What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the development and evaluation of clientsinorganic growth strategy.
  • Fund raising for VC deals.
  • Identifying and analysing potential M&A and JV/partnership opportunities.
  • Financial modelling of potential opportunities including valuation and assessment of financial and capital impacts.
  • Supporting senior leaders on relevant deal negotiations and execution, including due diligence activities.
  • Liaising with external advisors (e.g. investment banks, consulting firms, accountancy firms, lawyers) and corporate brokers.
You need:
  • A strong professional track record with experience from a leading investment bank or Big 4 transaction advisory firm or equivalent experience.
  • Previous M&A experience.
  • A passion for numbers with strong financial modelling skills (relative valuation, discounted cash flows, pro forma financial impacts, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse business drivers.
  • Solid verbal and written communication, with previous exposure to senior audiences and the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office packages, with strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel in particular. Its a bonus if you have (but not essential.)
  • ACCA (or similar) advanced qualifications.
