Girlguiding is the largest charity dedicated to girls and young women in the UK. Our new strategy starts in 2020 and includes development of brand new campaign and membership options which youd be leading on, so youll have the ability to engage people across the organisation and be able to demonstrate the impact and long term gains from investment in this area. Supported by the Head of Fundraising and Director, and line managing a small team, this is an exciting time to join the fundraising team.Were looking for a data led, direct marketer, with experience of marketing individual giving or legacies. You should be used to working with lots of different people and able to confidently engage with staff and volunteers to make things happen. Youll know what makes great direct marketing work, and it would be helpful if you have experience of getting new project off the ground. Ideally, you will also have experience of legacy marketing and administration.
