Strategic Business Lead - Finance Our global client is seeking a Strategic Business Lead to join their ERP Project Team. This senior role is perfect for an professional with strong interpersonal skills, a knack for influencing stakeholders and a passion for delivering successful projects. Key Responsibilities:Global ERP Design: Lead critical cross-functional and global decisions. Collaborate and Deliver: Work with the Project Manager and partners to meet project goals. Process Excellence: Oversee business process analysis and documentation. Innovate Solutions: Address inefficiencies and compliance issues. Data Management: Drive data analysis, consolidation and transfer to D365. Team Collaboration: Provide feedback and recommend improvements within the IT team. Champion Communication: Ensure effective global communication about ERP progress. Were Looking For:A background in finance and business analysis, with ERP project experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Salesforce would be highly beneficial. Understanding of product structures and bill of materials within Manufacturing. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work autonomously. Please Note: This will be an initial 12 month FTC, predominately remote based and infrequent travel required. On an occasional basis there will need to be flexibility with working hours, to work with key stakeholders in various time zones.
