Client Details

My client owns a Group of companies that specialise in Real Estate and Logistics
The Family have a portfolio of assets worth in excess of $2bn and with an annual turnover of $100m
Head office is located in the heart of Londons West End (20 Head Count) and their operations are handled in Monaco; they run a corporate enterprise
Initially you will be expected to be in full time to fully immerse yourself in the business and to build a close working relationship with senior stakeholders and the two main shareholders themselves
Once probation is passed, flexible working can be considered to enable a hybrid approach with home working and office working

Description

Commercial, long term and proactive focus
They have infrastructure in place, consolidation and analysis tool: Anaplan
This role requires maintenance of existing models and development of models as users need more capacity
The London office manages professional support for the family interests, works with the sister office in Monaco, where bookkeeping and accounting handled and routine interests handled
Adhoc strategic analysis questions come up or complicated complex questions need solving and turning into processes they can hand over to other people
They can use data at their disposal, operations of the group, to assist principals in terms of making decisions about how they manage their assets more generally i.e buy and sell assets
Business is predominantly Asset Management: logistics and real estate (assets across Europe)
Lots of this role will be spent in the planning tool, Anaplan. This is a data capture tool and they perform their consolidation across the group in it, where they record analysis, assess variances and handle budgeting
The business is highly acquisitive so a lot of the role will be working on the buying and selling of assets and running various scenarios through the model and undertaking valuations
