Everything is done to create a true lifestyle experience, encouraging customers to visitour stores to catch up with friends, relax and grab a coffee, whilst shopping for their next pair of glasses!We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can inspire and lead a team and who enjoys working with people to achieve great results!Every day is different at Jimmy Fairly, however your key responsibilities will include:- developing the turnover of your store- daily coaching, training and skills’ development of your team- ensure an amazing in-store customer experience- analysing sales & KPI to improve your store’s performances- overseeing store operations
