Job Description

Exciting Store Manager position for an expanding retail organisation based in central London.Client DetailsThe client is an expanding retail organisation based in London, looking for a new Store Manager.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Achieving and growing sales targets, minimising costs and managing staff budgets.
  • Lead the team within the store.
  • This team leadership includes recruitment, training and one to one management.
  • Rota scheduling and task assignment.
  • Ensuring high performance and productivity from yourself and the team you manage.
  • Management of stock and orders.
  • Oversight and management of the store on a day to day basis including opening/closing, cash management and overall store cleanliness and standards.
ProfileThe successful Store Manager will be:
  • Experienced working in a fast paced retail environment as a Store Manager.
  • Strong communication skills to solve conflict and relay messages.
  • Available to work weekends at least twice a month.
  • Able to support other stores when necessary.
Job OfferOn offer to the successful Store Manager is:
  • £35,000 per annum.
  • Other benefits TBC.
