Job Description

Investigos client are a financial services company looking for a Storage Engineer on a 6 months contract with a potential long term extension in Central London. Please see below for more information:Job title: Storage EngineerContract: 6 month ContractLocation: Central LondonJob Requirement:

  • Must have Data Center migration experience
  • Must have Strong design and documentation skills
  • Dell enterprise storage & NAS systems, specifically Powermax and Isilon.
  • Hitachi enterprise storage systems, specifically Fxx and Gxxxx ranges.
  • Brocade enterprise storage area networking systems
  • Veritas NetBackup software and appliances
  • Rubrik software and appliances
  • Quantum i6 and i6000 tape backup libraries
  • Dell ECS archive systems
  • Cloud computing and storage, AWS, Azure and GCP
    • Soft skills for role:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including to ability to articulate complex issues and activities at an appropriate level for the audience.
  • To work within the standards and guidelines of the organization with an understanding and appreciation of the objectives of the business and services provided.
  • Capability to develop effective working relationships with both business clients and internal colleagues is beneficial.
