We are looking for a Step 2 Lead to work closely with our Step 2 and operational leadership teams, you will support the service to deliver high quality groups at step 2 and step 3.This will include:Overseeing the delivery of the With You group programme across our IAPT services.Working closely with:the leadership teams and other group facilitators to support the successful delivery of the group programme.our Community Engagement Coordinator to grow and embed our patient feedback and co-production of group programmes.Facilitating training of practitioners in group facilitation skills and group delivery.Building relationships internally and externally to share learning and good practice.Reviewing group evaluation reports and identify where improvements can be made.Work with our in house digital team and press office to oversee advertising and new ways of clients to access the service.
