Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our stations team for a new project!Location: Paddington StationPay rate: £10.90 per hour + daily bonusDuration: 21st December - 1st January - 8 days Shift Patterns: To be discussed as various shifts available, this will be 5 days or more work across the period above.Adecco UK are currently seeking committed and Safety conscious staff to work as a Luggage Assistant at Paddington Station!You will receive a travel letter to enable you to board the train with passengers whilst helping with their luggage.Role Description:As the first or last point of contact on a customers journey, youll be assisting the customers in the station with their luggage when they onboard/depart a train.You would be ensuring the safe storing of a customers luggage throughout the duration of their journey and once they reach their intended destination, you will assist in safely readying a customers luggage for departure.You will also provide general information to members of the public/customers to ensure they understand where to go during their journey.You will be involved in....

  • Meeting and greeting our customers at the station
  • Supporting customers with Luggage handling on the trains
  • Ensuring the safety of the train environment
  • Providing a friendly and personable service
