You will be the one involved in nurturing and mentoring the casualteam, allowing them to excel in their various roles, from waiter to barista, bartender to kitchen porter, chef to manager and so on.Through clear communication, you will be promoting a wide range of shifts, in various locations, to team members to ensure all bookings are filled. To do this successfully, you must have a calm and professional manner, even when the going gets tough. Everyday will be different, so we need a self-starter, who is not afraid to get stuck in. This is not a role for the faint-of-heart. As a Staffing Assistant, youll need to be confident, and have common sense. You will need to be flexible and fired up about both admin and operations. Youll need to have acute attention to detail, and be great withmultitasking.You dont have to be an expert Staffing Assistant, as training will be provided - but your enthusiasm and common sense must make up for what you dont already have in experience! Previous experience within hospitality operations is a must.
