Im seeking a hands-on Vice President, SRE to join a scale-up team, founded by a serial (four successful exits) entrepreneur, building as a service blockchain node infrastructure used by some of the most successful teams in the Web3 space, and traditionalenterprise groups looking to utilize blockchain tech.You will head up a growing SRE function, remaining in the weeds (we are hoping to find someone who will enjoy this!), building and improving complex container and bare metal based infrastructure (part of the teams sell is providing freedom from the cloudand premium costs, giving control of where nodes run), with a focus on reliability and scalability, whilst leading one senior level SRE, looking to grow this team into 2024, and being deeply involved in infrastructure strategy and decision making.You will be working with a team of industry vets, proven entrepreneurs and superb Engineers in a scale up team with an open and achievable longer term exit strategy, something they want everyone in the team to be part of and benefit from.We are looking for a VP, SRE with:
