Job Description

Does the thought of managing engaging experiences for new hires excite youWe are looking for an inspirational, inventive, hands-on, and results-oriented Senior Learning Experience Manager to manage WOW experiences for our new hires.A successful leader in this space will manage our existing onboarding program, will partner with the business and learning teams to improve new hires experiences, will drive new hires engagement opportunities.The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in the Employee Experience and Engagement domain, will have a proven track record of implementing and managing engagement initiatives, critically analyzing data, and managing large-scale programs. They have a strongability to communicate in both compelling written narratives and verbal mediums to an audience ranging from project coordinators to senior business and HR leaders. They will have a hands-on approach while keeping a strategic eye.This role can be based in any corporate offices in Europe.Key job responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end learner experience of our flagship onboarding program
  • Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships, collaborating with program managers, instructional designers, learning coordinators, business/program analysts, and business leaders to deliver learning outcomes
  • Develop learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans

You will measure experience effectiveness, drive changes as needed, bring in innovative solutions to improve how our new hires experiencetheir on-boarding journey.About the teamWe take pride in delivering engaging new hires experiences and employees events.Our team members are based across Europe and North America, and we cover all aspects of learning experience design, execution, management.We are part of the WW Consumer Talent Strategy, Management, and Development (CTSMD) team, which delivers high-quality, practical solutions to our WW Consumer organization. Our responsibility is to drive excellence across the talent ecosystem and ensure ouremployees continue to be inspired, proud, and highly engaged to work at Amazon.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in business management, psychology, instructional design, communication, education, or related field.
  • Experience in a learner experience management and design
  • Program management experience
  • Experience assessing curriculum effectiveness and using findings to develop solutions that positively impact learner performance in their role
  • General Manager / owner mentality, willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in learning design and development
  • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate (e.g. CPLP, CPT, PMP, etc.)
  • Expertise using eLearning development tools such as Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, and Captivate
  • Proficiency in graphic and/or web design skills
  • Experience with video design and development
