As part of TSG, our Workplace Technology team is responsible for the strategy, engineering, and strategic deployment activities for all end user services, including mobile services, Windows physical and virtual desktop, Mac, Microsoft 365, email, chat, collaboration, and related technologies. The WT Desktop Architecture team is seeking an applicant to act as an interface as products transiton from engineering to operations. The successful candidate will focus on products specific to the Windows desktop and endpoint technologies. This roles is crucial to ensure that there is a proper transition between the WT team and our operations partners when technologies change or are introduced for the first time. Help support the testing and development of new products or services, from idea generation, design sprints, vision creation, prototype build, MVP, market testing and feature prioritization Help articulate the vision and Enterprise Innovation value proposition to internal and external teams and connect results to business priorities Ensures all product documentation is relevant, accessible and updated when required. Has the ability to manage projects, project resources and understands project methodologies. High level understanding of all the different technologies used within BNY Mellon. Qualifications Strong understanding of end user technologies with specific focus on the Windows desktop Passion and desire to modernize and improve the end user experience using the latest collaboration tools (ex. Office 365) Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent practical experience Minimum of eight years of prior Project or Product Management experience. Minimum five years of experience working with senior level stakeholders.
