This company provide the tools that underpin some of the best know chains across the UK, providing solutions in everything from inventory and stock right through to shift scheduling and payroll.They are looking for a SQL Developer to join a team responsible for one of their key products that provides companies with a smart solution for ordering and stock management. You will be joining as they look to complete a refresh of the digital identity across the entire platform. In addition, you will play a large role in creating new and maintaining existing complex stored procedures that underpin this application.As a SQL Developer you will also play a large role in ensuring performance and tuning so as the application continues to grow it will meet future demands. Outside of this you will get the chance to work with other technologies such as JavaScript and MVC core.For a SQL Developer to be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:Have a passion for quality, attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.Extensive SQL development experience is required, preferably in MS SQL Server environment, and to an advanced level i.e. knowledge of stored procedures, design, optimization of stored procedures, functions and views.Good knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio, Query Analyzer and SQL Profiler (at least 3 years of relevant experience are required).Knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL Server 2016, OOP concepts (at least 3 years of relevant experience are required).Manual testing ExperienceThis is a great opportunity for a SQL Developer to work in a team where you be given responsibility to drive through projects.
