We are looking for an engaging SEN teaching assistant capable of inspiring confidence in children with autism, parents and staff. Those living in Ealing are preferred as the school will need local staff but if you are punctual and based in the surrounding areas you will also be considered.The successful candidate will be experienced working with autism and committed to supporting children 1:1 or in small groups in a school environment. You will need to be flexible and understand the importance of teamwork. Having experience or being open to supporting with personal care (toileting) is highly beneficial due to pupil requirements.About the Special School (Ealing):This Special School is a large school situated in the London Borough of Ealing and run by a nationally renowned autism charity. Ofsted have ranked them as ‘outstanding’ in their last inspection with the school known for their excellence in service to the children with autism in the school and the wider community.
