Job Description

We have partnered up with a leading multinational who are looking for a Spanish-speaking HR Coordinator to join their team in London and Gibraltar. Our client is a well-established business with over 25 years of experience in the energy industry. This isan excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate with proven HR experience who wants to keep developing themselves within this business function in a highly dynamic industry. Our client offers an excellent remuneration package and benefits, as well as opportunitiesfor professional development and career progression.Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • End-to-end ownership of onboarding new starters.
  • Managing the day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring all benefits documentation is up to date.
  • Improving processes by identifying problems and recommending solutions.
  • Assisting with recruitment.
  • Leaver administration.
  • Assisting with payroll processes.
  • Database and personnel files maintenance.
  • Looking after the HR mailbox.
  • Supporting the HRBPs with a variety of tasks including visa and immigration queries, benefit renewals, escalations, etc.
About you:The ideal candidate will be a proactive and solutions-oriented individual who is always willing to go the extra mile and has excellent language proficiency in both English and Spanish. To be successful in this role, it is essential for you to have previousexperience working in an HR function. The role does require relocation to Gibraltar, and as such it is also a great opportunity to live in a different part of the world and experience Gibraltars unique cultural mix.Profile:
  • Required to be fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience working in an HR function is essential.
  • Have a good understanding of payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Able to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Experience using Cascade desirable.
