A large investment bank in London is looking for a Space Planning Coordinator to join their team.Key Responsibilities Maintenance of all Auto CAD drawingsPlanning and preparing new layouts to meet constantly changing requirements of the business. Monitor space usage, maintain records and submit reports. Highlight to senior management space related pressure points within our premises. Process moves and changes documentation. Planning and coordinating all office move requests. Supervising staff moves (an and out of hours) Process new starters and leavers information relating to desk locations (Daily). Dealing with suppliers. Obtaining quotations and raising purchase orders. Update fit out as built register and associated CAD drawings. Assist in project managing relevant building fit outs. Any other ad hoc tasks.Management and reporting Prepare data for monthly KPI report to Head of Department and Chief Operating Officer (Monthly) Prepare BWH space allocation report for Finance (Quarterly) Reports to the Facilities Manager - Hard ServicesControl Monitor space utilisation to ensure business space requirements match availability.Financial Performance Maintain space allocation records for budget purposes.Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the LondonCompliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the MoneyLaundering Reporting Officer. Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.Salary - £39k - experience dependent.
