A fantastic opportunity for a strong, creative Sous Chef, looking to take a step up in their career, and have loads of fun working with one of the best front and back of house teams in London!My client is a true icon of the London food scene, and has worked with some of the greatest chefs in the country. My client is opening a brand-new venture and is looking for a strong Sous to join the team in this new opening in Islington.The site will be inspired by some of the greatest Gastropubs in the country, think The Marksman, The Sportsman etc. and solely focussed on cooking instinctively, skilfully and flavourfully with the seasons, so were looking for a passionate chef, lookingfor a hands-on role in a kitchen and a business.The site sits around 60 covers, and you will be joined at the helm with a very talented head chef, who previously worked with my client and has now re-joined the business just to work on this new venture, so youll have plenty of opportunity to grow withsome of the best chefs in the industry.In this new development, you will be surrounded by like-minded artisanal producers, aiming to provide the best possible experience for your guests.As a young dynamic company with big expansion plans, you will have the opportunity, once joining the team, to grow and progress exponentially, both in the kitchen and personally, with dedicated training days and schemes within the restaurant.You will work with some of the very best suppliers and producers, making it an exciting place to work, every day there will be something new to learn.Benefits:
