Job Description

A leading financial services organisation is currently searching for Business Analyst with experience in Solvency II on a 6 month contract basis.It will be an Umbrella rate and rates are open to negotiation from the client and working remotely for the foreseeable future.Responsibilities for the role are;

  • Following Brexit, the UK Branch of the Business will become a third country branch in the UK and be regulated by the PRA. In order to meet Solvency II Pillar III reporting requirements we have are implementing a software solution provided by Tagetik to produce Quantitative Reporting Templates (QRTs).
  • As a systems business analyst, you will use related IT systems to create a new data model and inter-related processes to support the Solvency II Pillar 3 Quantitative Reporting Requirements (QRTs) for our UK entity impacted by Brexit. This will initially be based on a similar existing systems reporting into the German regulator, then by mapping the associated changes required to satisfy the future state, you be will require to support the design, testing and implement of a new local solution. Youll need a high level of experience in data migration and mapping as well as solvency technical expertise within an insurance background.
  • Your role is to liaise between internal business stakeholders, including programmers developers and business stakeholders and developers, throughout the development process
