Job Description

This allows for AI enablement and an innovative and unique evolution of a total talent solution, to standalone from traditional recruitment and consulting services.The role:A New Business/ Solution Sales professional responsible for selcting, pitching and winning new business. This is a newly created role working for the European Sales Director to ensure the execution of the predefined growth strategy across all business brandsand areas.Core requirements:

  • Own a new business acquisition strategy, leading a programme of customer growth across the UK and Europe, requiring you to define, and be responsible for leading on a portfolio new business
  • Utilise a digitally focussed omnichannel approach to creating a sales pipeline and owning the sales funnel through a variety of marketing and sales touch points to ensure a flow of new customer prospects across multiple lines of service
  • A strong affinity for use of social media and digital marketing/online footpring is essential, coupled with traditional phone based and in person sales.
  • Communicate and interact with all levels of potential customer (including CxO, Partner/ExCo level).
What we are looking for:
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and winnign new business across the VC and PE industry
  • Strong expertise across Technology, Data and Digital
  • Strongtrack record for business developmetn success in career to date
  • Prior senior level experience in solution led sales and a keen interest in the fields of technology and data - to explore the disruptive opportunities these present in a digital world
  • Ability to interact with CxO, Partner, ExCo level
  • Sales experience in a recruitment related industry e.g. agency, CRM provider, job board providers
