What youll doYoull be the primary point of contact for the technical implementation of NatWest Boxed platform for our customers and their clients. Ranging from requirements gathering through to solution designs and roadmaps Youll also:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring there is a deep understanding of our customers business requirements, so that we can deliver the NatWest Boxed platform to suit their needs.
  • Collaborating with the wider organisation, including, Product, Engineering, Security, Risk and Compliance.
  • Conducting business analysis and background research on customers, competitors and the wider industry
  • Be the "Voice of the Customer" to bring insights, trends and opportunities to the leadership, product and engineering teams.
  • Actively engage with sales, business reviews and other strategic and tactical planning activities
The skills youll needYoull need a n understanding of the end to end technology delivery lifecycle, with exposure to agile ways of working alongside product, engineering and software delivery professionals, preferably within banking or finance. Youll also need:
  • Customer centricity - the ability to empathise with customers and an affinity to create solutions designed to deliver a great customer experience
  • Knowledge of a range of architectural skills which could include modern solution design, Target operating models, Solution Estimation and Planning or Architecture Governance
  • A strong technical background with demonstrable expertise in at least one of AWS, GCP or Azure.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, security architecture or closely related topics like identity and access management.
