From the expertise of our people to our long-standing client relationships, we’re proud to be a company that’s committed to the human side of business.About the opportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Software Optimisation Manager to join our growing Digital Transformation team.This is a key role within the team, accountable for optimizing the use of certain software within our busines - particularly Bullhorn to ensure we set our consultants up for success in giving our customers a great experience and deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness.What you will be doing• Support the Head of Operational Excellence with the creation and delivery of our CRM roadmaps, service models and operational best practice• Create and execute a Bullhorn optimisation plan across all the businesses that use it• Create and execute a clear training and adoption plan• Work with the Transformation and Product teams to ensure we have a coherent and compelling end to end service design models• Work with Bullhorn to ensure we understand their best in class system usage and replicate in Acacium GroupWe believe to be successful within this role, you will need to have• Experienceand knowledge of CRM systems is a must.
