Software Engineer / Java Developer (Full Stack) *UK Remote Working WFH* Trailblazing FinTech is seeking a skilled, tech-driven Software Engineer with a Computer Science background to work on the back end of their cutting edge hosted services. You could be joining accomplished teams that bring together a unique combination of practitioner, quantitative and software engineering expertise, helping to serve the organisations impressive client list across the financial services industry from Tier One Investment Banks and Asset Managers to Hedge Funds. The firm specialises in derivatives analytics, and has unrivalled expertise in the OTC and ETD margin methodologies. In this Software Engineer position, you will play a key role in building the calculation libraries and back-end services that provide critical business functionality in the core product. Youll have the opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle using a modern, diverse tech stack with IaC including AWS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, DynamoDB, KMS and Terraform on the infrastructure side with Java 8, Maven and Kotlin on the backend and TypeScript, Angular 5 on the front end. As a Software Engineer your primary focus will be on the back-end core Java development, but have the chance to develop your skills and gain exposure to other portions of the stack, including the AWS-based infrastructure.*Please note: this company is able to offer a remote interview and onboarding process as well as work from home fully remotely until the end of Q1 2021.
