We measure our business performance against them, recruit against them and evaluate our own contribution to them.*About the role:*As a Front-endEngineer, you will join a rapidly expanding product engineering team working to build, grow, and constantly improve Addlands products as we continue our mission to Bring Land to Life.This position is open to legal UK residents only - We are unable to considercandidates with visa sponsorship requirements at this time.*Responsibilities:** Design and build high-performance web applications to meet the product needs of our customers* Write clear and high-quality documentation for technical architecture, design, andprocedures* Support Product Owners in estimating and breaking down user stories to deliverable and measurable items of work* Work collaboratively with stakeholders, external partners and the Addland team* Drive best practices in growing a sustainable tech-business*Aboutyou:** An experienced product-focused software engineer* An analytical problem solver able to quickly assess and resolve issues* A collaborative and honest communicator* Willing to fail, push boundaries and search for new techniques and solutions to problems*Able to work independently and as part of a team* Eager to learn and explore new skills and technologies***Required Skills & Experience:** Experience building high performance web applications* Proven skills covering the core front-end stack* TypeScript* React.js(Next.js)* Redux (Redux Toolkit)* CSS pre-compilers (SCSS, LESS, etc.)* Knowledge of source control best practices using Git / GitHub* Familiar with agile project management tooling (Jira and Confluence, and others)* Experienced working as a member of a cross-functionalteam in a fast-paced agile delivery environment* 3+ years of related professional experience***Desired:** Experience building and managing content with Strapi* Knowledge of automated testing tools (Cypress, Jest, etc.)* Previous knowledge of Mapbox or othermaps platforms* Experience of building containerised applications* Prior experience working in PropTech* A degree in Computer Science or another related discipline-* Flexible working* Health care* Team breakfasts* Company socials* Private pension* Zoom call*In person* OfferTypescript, React, Next, Redux, CSSTypescript, React, Next, Redux, CSS, Git, Agile, Jira, Cypress, Jest
