With offices in Silicon Valley and Hong Kong doing well, they are looking to shift some of the £100,000,000+ investment to their UK office, based in Southwark.In this role you will build processes to move data from storage systems into an internal database and out again, as quickly as possible. You will work on parallel processing / concurrency / multithreading and distributed systems, and work with AWS, Azure, S3, Kafka, Spark, SQL, Big Data file formats, Java, C++, and C. You will work in all areas of the stack which covers bespoke UI through to bespoke OSs.The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Multi-threaded systems level programming in Java and have a good experience with C and C++. Candidates must have experience with Spark, Kafka, and AWS S3.
