Job Description

Software Development Engineer in Test Tasks

  • Translate customer requirements and product goals into appropriate automation tests
  • Improve existing testing framework and write new frameworks where needed
  • Maximise automation test coverage of the product that results in reduction of manual tests execution
  • Ensure visibility, traceability and control of the testing process to deliver high-quality software
  • Ensure that automation test suites are maintained and evolved to exercise appropriate coverage of the system following any change

Qualifications
  • Computer Science/IT based degree required
  • Extensive experience required in software automation testing
  • Significant understanding of and demonstrated ability to write C# code, Specflow, Selenium and SQL
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and extensive experience of testing web based applications, REST and SOAP APIs
  • Extensive experience of testing transactional systems with multiple interfaces to 3rd party systems
