Job Description

Software Consultant Trainer£35,000 - £45,000London/HybridCobalt is delighted to partner with a market leader in Property Management Software. The Software Consultant Trainer will provide training and consultancy to clients. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to determine your customer needs andapply your working knowledge of Real Estate property management software, and industry experience, to forge strong bonds.Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct Property Management Software training sessions, in person, or over video calls
  • Deliver implementation consultancy, in person, or over video calls
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers needs
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers
  • Create plans to address clients business needs
  • Advise clients on creating profitable processes
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
  • Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Requirements:
  • Experience as a software trainer, client relations manager, or account manager, Prop Tech software, or working knowledge of either, TRAMPS, Mojo, Yardi, MRI Horizon, or ARGUS
  • Background in customer service, Prop Tech, property accounts, or double-entry accounting would be a plus
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (customer satisfaction & engagement)
  • A customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent internal & external stakeholder management skills, and a great communicator
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
