Childrens Social Worker - Fostering Team - Outstanding OFSTED - £32.50p/hrOur client is a reputable social care organisation located in North-East London, and they are looking for a talented Fostering social worker to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Social Worker with good experience in fosteringservices.As a Children Social Worker - Fostering, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, monitoring, and reviewing the needs of children who are in need of care and protection. You will be responsible for creating and implementing care plans, working withfamilies, and making decisions about childrens welfare.You will be required to work closely with other professionals, such as health and education professionals. To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You should have experiencein working with children and young adults in a professional capacity, ideally in Fostering. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with families and children.
