These consist of a Care Experienced Team, providing an improved range of pathways for children who are care experienced and three locality teams, based within our three community hubs around the county borough.Together,this targeted Family Support Service provides a continuum of services ranging from early help to intensive provision to families with complex needs.It is supported by teams who offer expertise in relation to children with disabilities and young people aged16 and over who are entitled to leave care services.The successful candidate will provide leadership and supervision of case management at our three community hubs. Your remit will be key to the delivery and development of policies, procedures, and practiceguidelines to meet statutory and regulatory requirements as well our Strategic Plan for Childrens Services in Bridgend County Borough.
