This is a fixed term position required for 12 months for 37 hours per week. The Performance and Improvement team is part of the Performance and Business Support Service in Social Services and Housing directorate. The Training Officer is part of this teamand will be reporting to one of our IT Project Officers.The post holder will be required to develop and deliver training on social services systems and processes. Training could be delivered in person to a group or on a 1:1 basis, or while Covid-19 restrictionsare in place, training is delivered remotely online. The post holder should be a self-starter, preferably with knowledge of Carefirst and business objects and electronic document management. Knowledge of or experience in recording meetings/training sessionsis desirable.
