The success of the iiaa is grounded in the quality of our products and the dedication of our team.Join the iiaa to become part of a dynamic, collaborative and pioneering company, working with products that make a real difference to peoples lives.About the roleWe are looking for a Social Media Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team, to create and curate all B2C-facing social media and email content across the various channels, to engage our customers and to keep them updated on new and exciting productsand trends.If you are a passionate about skincare, looking to advance your career in digital marketing with a focus on social media and email, we want you!Key Responsibilities

• Curating and editing engaging, creative and amazing social content daily across our digital channels including the sourcing/editing of video assets, where required
• Develop a content calendar creating social posts, stories and reels to engage with audiences and promote brand-approved messages that will resonate with our target market.
• Maximise followers and engagement on all social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and TikTok.
• Work with planning and activation tools (e.g. Planoly or Hootsuite) to develop campaigns, write captions and schedule content.
• Create compelling interactive digital content for social channels, such as photos, video GIFs and animated graphics.
• Manage DMs, comments and interactions with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner to foster a community spirit.
• Manage Paid Social campaigns, including performance monitoring and budget responsibility
• Explore new features of existing platforms and expansion to new platforms where appropriate (e.g. Pinterest, Tiktok, Twitter).
• Report creation and management with weekly/monthly activity reporting.
• Monitor competitor activity within the social media space.
• Liaising closely with the Brand Content teams, plan, brief and co-ordinate the collation and scheduling of engaging emails.
• Implement our email segmentation and automation strategy in order to pro-actively grow our email opted-in base and grow % of revenues from our email channels.
• Introduce a programme of continuous test and learn on emails, including A/B testing of subject lines, creative, content and optimal send times
• Monitor KPIs of email campaigns including Open Rates, Click-through rates and revenue generation.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Extensive knowledge and experience of managing social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and B2C.
• Proven ability to work with software such as PhotoShop, Canva or Animoto.
• Experience using video platforms.
• Proven background of content creation within the digital space.
• Strong copywriting and subbing skills.
• Knowledge of email platforms such as MailChimp, DotDigital, Campaign Monitor or Klaviyo.
• A willingness to work in a collaborative and organised way with a passion for the business.
• Good analytical, organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Possesses a sense of urgency, self-motivated and detail-minded.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
• Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
