Are you a social media expert who loves developing really engaging, creative content and strategiesIf you are and you love the thought of working with an established independent specialist media planning agency, then this may be the role for you.The agency are experts in communicating to a demographic of families, children, young people, and they have set up a new division to target entertainment for this audienceWhile based in London their clients base and outlook are very much global, and the company is built on the solid foundations of a great culture where people are positively affected by the companys initiatives across wellbeing, learning, development, and theyare recognised by their clients and the industry for their ground-breaking approach towards mediaThey are now looking for a talented and ambitious Social Media Manager to help them continue their growth.Your role as the Social Media Manager will see you joining a small team within their new entertainment division. The purpose of your role will be to develop and manage a companys online presence in a structured, analytical, and trend led fashion helping to bridge the gap between paid and organic media.This will see you managing the implementation across social platforms, content planning, distribution, campaign development, and management, analysing performance on social media platforms and forming key influencer relationships. New ideas are always welcome so if you have an entrepreneurial spark, you will be right at home here.The Associate Director will be the person that you will report into and if you share their passion for great social media content, you love working with your initiative, taking ownership, and taking a seed of an idea into something compelling then there willbe a great chemistry fit.About You

  • Excellent social media channel management with a strong bias towards YouTube
  • Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  • Excellent practical experience with publishing tools
  • Strong content, editorial and editing skills
  • Great understanding if brand design and layout
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • High level of confidence pitching and working with clients, senior internal and external stakeholders
