You will derive insights from reams of data pulled using social listening tools, such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprinklr etc.), synthesizingwith web data to provide recommendations for campaign performance improvement and optimised customer engagement and understanding.The environment for this role will be akin to a start-up; requiring a someone who can take pro-active approach to identifying analytical needs across the business, a commercial approach in thinking, as well as the ability to always put the customer first.Experience required:
