SOCIAL LISTENING CONSULTANT£300-£400 PER DAY (INSIDE IR35)3 MONTH CONTRACTCONSULTANTREMOTEHarnham is partnering with a leading research consultancy that is looking for a Social Listening Consultant to support their client with client requirements across campaign performance, audience intelligence and more!THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Social Listening Consultant you will be tasked with the following:

  • Supporting clients with various ad hoc requests across social listening and audience intelligence
  • Working with Talkwalker, NetBase, Pulsar or another social listening tool
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and delivering them actionable insights
  • Connecting 1st and 3rd party datasets
  • Coordinating research efforts
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful Social Listening Consultant will have the following:
  • A background working in audience intelligence
  • Skilled in a social listening tool such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Pulsar, Netbase or similar
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop insights from research data
  • Able to deal with ad hoc requests in a time appropriate manner
