Job Description

Our client is a full-service agency specialising in the entertainment /music industries. They work with with a wide range of clients from music labels, artists, to promoters.The roleWere looking for a creative and social media savvy digital content producer, to help us produce our agencys social and wider creative content output, which includes (but is not limited to) TikTok content, performance videos, lyric videos, photo shoots, musicvideos, music packshots, social-driven branding projects and bite-sized multimedia social content.Were looking for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience as a producer in social & entertainment. You will have a brilliant creative eye, are experienced at project managing a range of creative projects inside social and/or digital content, and understandthe intricacies of the music industry & social media.Youll be responsible for coordinating the logistics of every aspect of our content shoots and other multidisciplinary content. Including aiding the creation of treatments, budget, timeline, insurance, health & safety, freelancers and call sheets. Youllneed to be really comfortable managing lots of different contributors, whether thats the artists themselves and their management team, brand representatives, or freelancers assisting with things like photography, videography, hair, make-up the list goeson. We would love you to come armed with your own little black book of industry contacts and freelancers too!The role provides a huge opportunity to help build & shape the future of our agency and how we service our clients. Were at a stage in our growth where were winning new business all the time so we need talented people to help us execute and impress ourclients.Your responsibilities:

  • Project management & production of the agencys content output (this includes weekly and ad-hoc social content, as well as larger creative studio jobs).
  • Organising job logistics from pre-production to post-production (this includes being on-site for shoots).
  • Managing project budgets, keeping jobs on track financially & working with our finance team to keep track of invoicing.
  • Sourcing of freelancers for specific jobs & building your own freelance network in various creative disciplines.
  • Working with the leadership team including our Co-Founders & Creative Director to build the agencys studio product from the ground up.
  • Work with our Co-Founders to bring in new studio projects & help scale the revenue of this side of the business.
Who are youTo really flourish in this role, we would expect you to:
  • Be passionate about music, ideally having worked in the music industry, with experience producing creative and digital content for social.
  • Love working with talented creatives to make content that looks great, and that audiences really connect with.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of platforms, formats, deliverables and how these impact time-frames & budgets.
  • Be a native user of Instagram & TikTok, with an interest in keeping up to date with a fast moving social media landscape.
  • Be meticulously organised and process driven, thriving in a fast paced work environment and able to multitask across a variety of projects (whilst staying cool under pressure too of course!).
  • Have a great creative eye, with the ability to think critically about creative executions and suggest best practice approaches.
  • Experienced working as a creative, or closely with, so that you understand creative processes and are able to assess workload, estimate timings and manage resources accordingly.
  • Have excellent project management skills.
  • First-class written & verbal communication skills.
  • Be well connected with a range of go-to creatives and freelancers you already work with to deliver content
  • Be happy working as part of a small but growing team.
