No furlough, no pay cuts and no redundancies throughout the entire pandemic and the team continues to grow!About the role" As a Senior Back End Developer, the ideal candidate would be creative, eager to learn and even more eager to share their knowledge. Somebody that lives and breathes python " This is a fully remote role - as a highly distributed team they are used to communicating and collaborating online. However once the pandemic is over you would be more than welcome to come join other team members in London once a week or once a month (or even just for Christmas parties ), up to you!" You will be working to help this client stand out from the crowd by combining the newest technologies with long standing best practice to create exciting, powerful and robust new products and systems both for internal and customer use." Building automation systems to put the business on cruise control" Integrating a large number of external systems and APIs from telecom industry APIs and VoIP service APIs to lead management or hardware ordering APIs" Build scalable platforms to help the business grow" Support and drive the back end development team" Mentor other back end developers and guiding on best practices" Work within a team of 12 (Backend, Frontend, QA and BA) using Agile software delivery." Collaborate with development team members across 3 continents and employees from every corner of the business to deliver solutions with real impact."
