Job Description

Snr AV Systems Designer (AutoCAD) ? I am looking for a top of the pile designer that has thoroughly good background of corporate commercial AV systems design. The position is working for a professionally orientated fun AV systems integrator who like to think outside of the box. They work on diverse set of AV projects from corporate (blue chip) / commercial (hotel, restaurants) 80% to high end residential / MDU 20%. This is an integral role for the company and requires you to be an integral member of the team who can be client facing if and when this is required. Your designs need to be second to none and bring a flair of appreciation to the client requirements.Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Possess thorough and comprehensive knowledge of AV design and engineering
  • Expert in creating scalable AV CAD drawings
  • Design & specify Audio Visual systems including schematic production
  • Provide M&E, architectural & IT information to the professional team on the AV design
  • In depth knowledge of IT & AV system design. Expert in AutoCAD. High level of computer literacy including MS Office
  • Relevant industry experience ideally with appropriate technology qualification
  • A demonstrable track record of producing detailed AV drawings (layouts and schematics) and working with Architectural drawings as well as taking overall responsibly for drawing production, standards and management
  • Experience of Audio Visual Design in Residential and Commercial Markets
