Job Description

Smart Building Business Development Manager – This new role is seeking a truly knowledgeable smart building sales person. My client are looking to continue growing their excellent offering to the construction industry that is implementing smart building for smart cities. The client is a specialist in the integration of BMS, AV and security into both the residential and commercial construction / development projects. They ideally want a pro-active business developer who has experience forming strategic partnerships with major construction companies, interior fit out specialists, M&E companies, building consultancies, architects and designers.Attributes needed:

  • Pro-active attitude to finding new business
  • Previous experience of the UK (London) construction market place
  • An understanding of the BMS smart building world
  • Excellent construction contacts
  • Ability to hit targets
  • Self motivated
  • Client facing
  • Aspirations to achieve work and personal goals
  • Happy to work on both commercial and large scale residential high end developments
