SLOVENIAN SPEAKING TELESALES AGENT / CUSTOMER SERVICE EXEC - FULLY REMOTE WORKING (UK) - up to £43k OTE

  • Fluent Slovenian essential
  • Contact existing business customers in Slovenia
  • £28K basic + achievable bonus of at least £12K-£15K in year one

Make outbound phone calls to existing Slovenia based customers and actively seek new customers from your home in the UK. The main aim of this remote working role is to retain, gain and grow the Slovenian subscription business.This Slovenian speaking Telesales Agent / Customer Service Exec position is an attractive work-from-home opportunity for a total fluent Slovene speaker who enjoys regular customer contact. Youll be persuasive and a good listener as well as dynamic and motivated!This position is part of a close-knit, remote working team. Your main task is to contact business customers by telephone to provide brilliant customer care with some targeted up-selling and cross-selling of the software products. Your activity will be recordedon Salesforce CRM system so previous experience using Salesforce or similar will be beneficial.If you show you have a strong work ethic, flexible working is supported, so youll be able to work around commitments you may have, such as the school run as an example!Slovenian speaking Telesales Agent / Customer Service Exec requirements:
  • Fluent Slovenian
  • Other languages such as Croatian or Serbian beneficial
  • Phone based Customer Service experience essential
  • Confident with MS Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Strong customer focus
