Job Description

We have just been instructed by a progressive developer to find an on-site Sales Negotiator for a new luxury scheme in South West London.Starting this year, the job is to sell high end apartments which come with a dedicated concierge service, hotel-style facilities and landscaped gardens.The chosen person will either come from a local estate agency or will have new homes experience and will work every other Saturday.The salary on offer is £28k - £30k per annum and it is estimated that youll do 30 deals next year. The role also has progression potential as there is scope to develop into an RSM with the coming launch of 2 new sites.The Key Responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant

  • Meeting and greeting customers and offering exceptional customer service
  • Building a rapport and generating leads
  • When required maintain the show rooms and marketing suite to an impeccable standard
  • Answering telephone calls, website enquiries and registering new applicants
  • Updating the companys database
  • Be a brand ambassador to the developer and uphold their renowned reputation
  • The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant should:
  • Have proven New Homes Sales experience or come from a local SW agency
  • Have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Must have impressive sales and negotiating skills
  • Be well-presented and passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Be willing to lone work but also happy to work in a team
