Site/ Building Manager (Facilities Management)Tottenham£35000 + 36 Hours a week + Long term career stability + Training + Progression + Brilliant pension + Generous holiday packageDo you have leadership experience within the field of FM, building management or estate managementAre you looking for a role with responsibility, career stability and progressionAs a Site Manager you will be the first point of contact for a variety of Facilities Management requirements, providing building users with an excellent FM service, focusing on proactive customer service.Working closely with the site senior campus management team ensuring that the needs and priorities of the site are delivered. Therefore, the postholder will have a dotted management line to the Assistant Principal at their siteThe role will have day to day coordination and liaison responsibility working with staff and estates and facilities staff/contractors on-site.The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, have an appreciation for hard and soft services and health and safety.This is a brilliant role for someone looking for an autonomous role with variety and where you can stamp your mark on an iconic building.The role:*Supervise the day-to-day smooth running of the site.*Daily liaison with the site senior campus management team to ensure their needs and priorities are delivered.*Manage, co-ordinate, and as required, carry out, planned preventative maintenance and reactive work as required to ensure contracted SLA deadlines are adhered to.*Act as first response to reactive maintenance issues and make safe where required, providing updates to the helpdesk team as required in-line within internal procedures.*Escalating communications and feedback wherever appropriate*Manage, co-ordinate, and as required, carry out, porterage duties including room set ups, deliveries, and consumable distribution.The person:* Experience of working within an estates and facilities department and knowledge of hard and soft FM services*Experience leading teams*Understanding of health and safetyTo apply for this role or to be considered for further roles, please click "Apply Now" or contact Chris Dudbridge at Rise Technical Recruitment.Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
