Please note: The company will also consider high-level Assistant/Intermediate Site Managers who are looking to progress their career.The Company:A £70mil turnover business, who complete commercial & hotel cut and carve projects across locations such as: Oxford Street, South Bank, Buckingham Palace Road & Gloucester Road.The role:- Working underneath a Senior Project Manager and Senior Site Manager on Main Contracting projects up to £40mil in value.- Preferential experience includes: previous work on £10-£20mil+ projects as a number 2 or number 3 on site.- Someone who understands Construction & can communicate well with Sub-Contractors.Opportunity for Progression:- The last Assistant Site Manager taken on by the company has had 2 promotions in the last few years & is now on the verge of being promoted to a Senior Project Manager (within the space of 3-5 years of joining the company as an Assistant.)- Good work is rewarded within the business.Salary & package:c.£45,000 - £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance +Travel + Healthcare + Pensions + Discretionary Bonus + PackagePlease feel free to apply to role direct here or contact me privately for more information:
