Job Description

Join Our Team as a SIMS Administrator in LambethTradewind is currently looking for a proficient administrator with a strong background in SIMS to join an exceptional team at a Secondary School located in Lambeth. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with an immediate start. In this role, youll playa crucial part in supporting the department with daily administrative tasks, with a focus on SIMS.We are searching for an individual with exceptional organizational skills, as well as a high level of proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT. Substantial experience in using the SIMS package is required, along with the ability to efficiently manage multipletasks and priorities. The ability to work independently and effectively communicate with staff, students, and parents are key qualities were seeking.The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of staff and student information within SIMS and proactively addressing any missing registers among the staff. Youll also be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to students,parents, and colleagues while seamlessly integrating into our team. Additionally, you may be asked to cover reception duties during staff absences and lunch breaks.To be eligible for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a high-level degree.
  • Be available for full-time employment.
  • MUST have SIMS experience.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS Disclosure.
  • Provide a comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of your employment history and have the legal right to work in the UK.
