Job DescriptionFootball Club Match-Day SIA Security/Stewards JobCorus Consultancy is recruiting for Match Day Stewards and SIA Stewards! If you have experience in customer service, we want to hear from you! You will be representing on behalf of Corus so you will need to be presentable, approachable and committed to meetingand safeguarding all guest who enter the stadium. If you are approachable, hardworking and enjoy helping others with a smile. Enjoy the buzz and excitement of a match whilst providing the best service to the customers visiting the stadium.Working HoursOur match days are typically on Saturdays and Sundays with some weekday evening matches and the typical shift day is minimum 5 to 6 hours depending on the game and when the guest leave.You will be responsible for:
  • The safety and comfort of those watching the match
  • Identifying and safeguarding the spectators insuring you look out for any incidents, hazards or occurrences
  • Being a confidant with guests and provide a welcoming environment to provide the best experience and visit at the Stadium.
  • You will be:
  • Engaging and easy to talk to
  • Looking for ways to improve your experience with spectators and on site
  • Mature and be able to handle
